What we collect

• Account info: email, name, handle, role, genre, region, age and split.
• Content: posts, bars, photos, audition videos, messages and contracts you create.
• Activity: likes, post views, matches, gigs and bookings.
• Payments: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To run your account, show your profile and deliver messages.
• To find CATCH matches by genre and split.
• To process memberships and gig payments.
• To show you analytics on your own posts and earnings.
• To keep the community safe and enforce our guidelines.

Who can see what

Other members see your public profile (name, handle, role, genre, region, split, photo) and your posts. Private messages and photos are visible only to the people in that chat. Your plan, warnings and view analytics are private to you (and staff where needed for moderation). Uploaded files are stored privately and shared only through time-limited links.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run HOST GHOST (hosting, payments, AI contract drafting), or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and data at any time from the You page (Delete account). Deletion is immediate and cancels any running membership, except records we must keep for legal or payment reasons.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data. Contact us to make a request.

Children

HOST GHOST isn't for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

We'll post updates here and notify you in the app for significant changes.
