By creating an account or using HOST GHOST ("we", "us", the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use HOST GHOST.
You're responsible for your account, your password and everything done under it. Give accurate information, including your role, genre, region and split.
You keep ownership of the lyrics, photos, videos and messages you post. You grant us a limited license to host, display and deliver that content only to operate the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
HOST GHOST is a meeting place. Splits, gigs and contracts are agreements between members — we are not a party to them. Contracts generated in the app are templates, not legal advice; have a lawyer review anything important.
New accounts get a one-time 3-day free trial on recurring plans. The trial is available once per person. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan ($4/week, $14/month, or $148/year) renews automatically until cancelled. Lifetime ($4,400) is a one-time charge. You can cancel anytime from Membership; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.
When a gig poster pays for an accepted gig, payment is processed by our payment partner. Prices shown are set by the poster. Taxes may apply.
You must follow our Community Guidelines. We may warn, suspend or permanently ban accounts that break them, and remove content at our discretion.
The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee matches, gigs, earnings or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HOST GHOST isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for disputes between members. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms. If changes are significant we'll let you know in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
