Cancel any time during your 3-day trial and you won't be charged.
Cancel anytime from Membership. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. Refund requests made within 14 days of purchase will be reviewed case by case.
Gig payments go to the member who took the gig. If a gig isn't delivered, contact us within 14 days of the booked date and we'll help resolve it between both members.
